Guru Tegh Bahadur Musuem

The Guru Tegh Bahadur Museum situated at 2 nd floor, of the Gurudwara Sahib was established in 1995 under the chairmanship B.S. Atwal along with Dr Charanpreet Singh Johal and Amarjeet Singh Johal. Dr Sukhpal singh from Amritsar had build all the models related with the life history of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji Maharaj and artist Bhupinder Singh had painted more than 17 paintings currently placed at various locations of museum.

The set up task was very difficult since it needed a huge amount of investment but with Guru Jis Grace and hard work of the tri-band team (Mr Atwal, Dr. Charanpreet and Mr Johal), the museum was opened in the same year on the Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji Maharajs' Gurpurab in Dec 1995. Thousand of Schools and University students visit the museum from all over UK. The Gurdwara hosts these visits so that they can gain knowledge about Sikh religion and get deep understanding of the Sikh community in this western world.
