This Reception/information office is situated just at the main entrance of the Gurdwara Sahib rear car park. This was officially opened in 2002 after the great demand for such office by sadh sangat. This office provides all possible information regarding Gurdwara sahib, so please feel free to ask. All kind of administration and general daily routine work is carried out from this office currently handled by three P/T paid staff.

Sadh Sangat Ji use this office to book for various programmes they want to be held by the Gurdwara sahib. This is the very point of contact between the sangat and the Gurdwara sahib so very responsible as far as dealing is concerned. However handling money matters, giving away receipts, taking care of inventory IN-OUT from the gurdwara sahib, sending information to other institutions, managing admin part of the Gurdwara Sahib constitutes the set of to dos of this office.
